Manage community building with individual units.
We would like to configure/setup erpnext to be able to manage a building with 69 units.
Manage expenses, building maintenance , elevator maintenance , utility bills , insurance, and any other expense that may come up.
Handle building bank accounts , make invoices to tenants / owners , collect payments, reports .
Share expenses based on square meters of each unit .
At the moment we use excel to perform the necessary tasks
